Lionsgate/Summit Entertainment has released a 4-minute clip from director Louis Leterrier’s magician heist flick Now You See Me. The clip is the opening sequence of the film and introduces the members of the Four Horsemen, played by Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher and Dave Franco. They play magicians who perform elaborate heists and give the proceeds to the audience, which attracts the attention of the FBI.
Each member of the Four Horseme cover a different element of magic. Jesse Eisenberg’s is a street magician card trick specialist, Woody Harrelson’s character is a hypnotist, Dave Franco’s a pickpocket specialist, and Isla Fisher’s an escape artist.
The supporting cast includes Mark Ruffalo, Melanie Laurent, Common, Michael Kelly, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman.
Now You See Me pits an elite FBI squad in a game of cat and mouse against “The Four Horsemen,” a super-team of the world’s greatest illusionists. “The Four Horsemen” pull off a series of daring heists against corrupt business leaders during their performances, showering the stolen profits on their audiences while staying one step ahead of the law.
