Universal Pictures has released the first red-band trailer for director Nicholas Stoller’s comedy Neighbors. The film centers around a thirty something couple (Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne) with a newborn baby who begin to feud with their new neighbors, a fraternity lead by Zac Efron. A little bit of a spin on the college party genre, this time we get to see the shenanigans of the fraternity party from the view of responsible outsiders.
It’s a great comedy trailer not many spoilers but lots of snippets of what look to be some epic scenes. Rogen and Evan Goldberg are producing and their track record is particularly impressive, especially when it comes to R-rated comedies including Superbad, Pineapple Express and This Is the End.
The cast also includes Dave Franco, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, Jason Mantozoukas, Carla Gallo, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Lisa Kudrow.
