A Supercut of Characters With Their Backs To The Camera Looking At Epicness


It’s about as close as you get to going full first-person perspective when depicting a story on film.  It’s a clever trick used by directors and cinematographers to place the the audience in a character’s shoes.   The characters could be looking at metaphors for their destiny, experiences or reflecting on their lonely place among the human race.  The ways to film a character with his or her back to the camera, looking out at epicness, are plentiful.
