A New Trailer For David O. Russell’s American Hustle Starring Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner



Sony Pictures has released a new trailer for David O. Russell’s follow-up to his incredible successful Silver Linings Playbook and The Fighter.  Get ready for the ultimate American Hustle, featuring six great actors turning in some really unique performances.  While we didn’t really need much convincing, our interest in this film doubles with the release of this new trailer.

The film stars Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper, Jeremy Renner and Robert De Niro.  The story follows Irving Rosenfeld (Bale), a con-man from the Bronx who gets entangled with FBI agent Richie DiMaso, played by Cooper.  Russell’s tell-tale wit and sharp focus on reality will bring a fresh take on this fictional story about Abscam.  Rosenfeld and his lover / assistant, Sydney (Adams), fight their way through encounters with the Mafia and New Jersey power brokers.

American Hustle will receive a limited release starting December 13th and then goes wide on December 25th.  Check out the images and new trailer below.
